What Our Clients Say
My communication partner, Keely, has been by my side for over three years. From the very beginning, she embraced my communication method (RPM) with remarkable ease and seamlessly integrated it into the demands of my college-level coursework. Her ability to adapt—combining thoughtful scaffolding with a deep understanding of sensory-motor needs—has been instrumental to my growth and success.
Keely stays calm under pressure, is impeccably organized, and brings unwavering dedication to her role. She’s not only intellectually capable, but also deeply empathetic and a fierce advocate. What I admire most is her willingness to step into my world—even when it stretches beyond her comfort zone—and consistently center my voice.
In group settings, she helps me prepare in advance and ensures that I remain the focus, which is crucial as a nonverbal communicator, since people often tend to look to her by default. With Keely, I’m not just supported—I am seen, heard, and truly empowered.
What began as an aide-client relationship has grown into a lifelong friendship built on trust, respect, and the rare gift of being heard without judgment.

Fitness has always been my thing—at least in my mind. I picture the grace of a gymnast... but in reality, I’m clumsy and have motor planning issues. My body often has its own ideas about how—or if—it wants to move, so let’s just say it’s rarely a smooth ride.
But Suresh? He’s turned my fitness circus into a watchable show.
He’s completely tuned in to my motor challenges and somehow guides me through movement without ever increasing my anxiety. With his calm voice, nonjudgmental vibe, and an uncanny ability to treat the tiniest victories like Olympic gold, he makes every session feel like a win. Our hikes come with easy conversation—never pressure to talk—and in those moments, I’ve found something rare: a true sense of normalcy. No labels. No expectations. Just me, moving through the world on my own terms, with someone who believes that’s more than enough.

I first met Mr. Suresh in June 2024, when he became my PE instructor. We met at least twice a week for a couple of hours each session. Our time together typically began with long hikes alongside another friend, followed by personalized workout sessions. These included exercises like elliptical training, weights, medicine ball drills and more. What I enjoyed most were the outdoor walks—they were both refreshing and energizing.
Mr. Suresh always treated me with respect and valued my input. He was consistently friendly and carried a calm, reassuring presence that made our time together enjoyable.
I miss my PE sessions with Mr. Suresh and hope to have the opportunity to work with him again in the future!

My son Siddharth worked with Mr. Suresh Soundararajan for about a year, and the experience was wonderful. Mr. Suresh was consistently kind, respectful, and deeply invested in Siddharth’s progress. He set meaningful goals, provided steady encouragement, and always kept us informed after each session.
What truly stood out was Mr. Suresh’s commitment to continuous learning—he even attended relevant workshops and applied the strategies that were learnt there to support his clients. Over time, he and Siddharth developed a warm and genuine connection that made a lasting impact.
We’re incredibly grateful for his support and wholeheartedly wish him continued success.

As a parent, it has been an absolute joy to have Keely Soundararajan as my son’s communication and regulation partner.
What sets Keely apart is her humility—she is never afraid to acknowledge what she doesn’t know and is always open to learning. This, combined with her calm temperament, nonjudgmental attitude, and deep empathy, makes her truly special. Serving as a CRP (Communication and Regulation Partner) for a college student especially in a complex, evolving field like cognitive science is no easy task. Yet Keely approached it with grace, adaptability, and confidence. She brings both intelligence and heart to everything she does.
But perhaps the most profound part of Keely’s impact goes beyond training or expertise. She has built a genuine, trusting bond with my son. That connection brings him joy, confidence, and a true sense of belonging.
